Biografie:
Eliša Papic, MD, is a specialist in neurology at the Department of Neurology, Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka, Croatia, and a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka. His clinical and research interests include neurodegenerative and movement disorders, epilepsy, functional neurological disorders, cognitive disorders, deep brain stimulation, and the neurological care of adults with Rett syndrome. He has a particular interest in the challenges and long-term management of Rett syndrome in adults. He is involved in clinical research on Parkinson’s disease, functional movement disorders and DBS, and regularly presents at national and international scientific meetings. He also participates in undergraduate medical teaching at the University of Rijeka. Alongside his medical career, he is an award-winning writer and musician with published literary and musical works.
